Awesome hometown diner. Friendly staff that takes care of you and makes you feel welcome. Prices were cheap for how much you get. I had a cheeseburger omelet which seemed to be the popular choice for the day. It was different for me being that I usually get the same thing everywhere I go. The cheeseburger omelet was prepared very well and had the perfect portion. I will definitely be making this a routine place to eat moving forward. Highly recommended!

In town visiting family and looked for a local place to grab breakfast. Was not disappointed!! The food was amazing and the service was excellent! My husband had Paul's Breakfast Skillet and said it was delicious. He also ordered a side of white toast and said the bread was amazing. I had the Eggs and Cakes with blue berry pancakes.. OMG those blue berries were huge!! And the eggs that I ordered over easy were perfectly cooked! I wish I could remember our server's name, but it was last weekend. Regardless she and everyone else was so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Green Acres Cafe. We went to a chain for breakfast later in our trip in Olean and Green Acres beat it hands down.
I've been to Green Acres Cafe on several occasions. Never had a bad experiences. My most recent dining experience was with my step mom. She had the homemade Belgium waffle. I had the Blueberry pancakes. You could tell the blueberry pancakes were homemade. They were filled with fresh blueberries. Our food arrived promptly. I remarked. I don't know how he (Paul) manages to do all of the orders so quickly and efficiently. The food is hot and fresh. The waitress was attentive to our needs. We will definitely return to Green Acres.
Green Acres is my favorite spot in Olean for a breakfast sandwich. I just had a burger there for the first time, and I'll recommend lunch too. Get it before 2pm on Sunday, though! Great people and great food. Plus I love the central location by the four corners (Union & State).
We go here on average twice a month. We would give this cafe 5 stars consistently. Very friendly service whether they are busy or not. My favorite dish has been the Philly cheese steak wrap. It has an awesome flavor and perfect balance of ingredients. Today I had a special - chicken salad on cranberry wheat bread. Great texture and just the right amount of dressing. Their homemade chips alone are worth coming here. Very reasonable pricing on such good food!

Now that the kid's are in school. The wife and I can go to our favorite place for breakfast. The wife had French Toast and eggs and I had the western omelet. The food and service was awesome as always
Was so good! We decided to come back today after eating here yesterday. Both days meals were absolutely divine, pancakes are the fluffiest I've ever had. Lattes were extremely good too. And the meal pictured was so good there were no scraps left. Definitely the best breakfast place around here. Highly recommend!
Very nice! Stopped after church on Sunday morning so it was pretty busy inside. Able to choose our own seating so we chose a booth for the four of us. Cinnamon rolls are yummy. Hubby had delicious waffles. Side of bacon was impressive with the size of it. Coffee was good. Bought a few cookies to go....m &m cookies homemade, But just a tad over baked.
